The Southern African Project Controls Institute (SAPCI), previously known as the Cost Engineering Association of Southern African (CEASA), is the foremost professional project controls and support organization in Southern Africa.

It is a prominent member of the International Cost Engineering Council (ICEC) and is associated with the Southern African chapter of AACE (Association for the Advancement of Engineering) International.

SAPCI provides professional support to people and organizations whose work and interests include cost estimating, cost control, planning and scheduling and risk management among others.
